A passion born over 25 years ago, before a child-raising hiatus, has been rekindled and grown. Ceramics for me became a serious practice during the first lockdown. It gave me the time and space to fully immerse myself on a journey of self improvement and learning.
Ceramics is therapy, it calms and focuses my mind, gives me space to breathe and hopefully yields a product that brings joy to those who use or admire it. Pieces are hand thrown, hand built, painted, glazed and marked with my potter’s stamp lel, a family nickname.
I sell through Cambridge Contemporary Craft, Instagram and Open Studios. I currently have pieces exhibiting as part of Thrown Contemporary Winter Exhibition 22/23
